Pre-EDM Implementation Tools
Tools designed by HIX to help prepare healthcare sites for EDM (electronic document management) projects. These tools include an EDM Project Timeline, Volume Data Collection Matrix, Project Charter, Document Matrix for paper and electronic forms, Forms and Bar Code Redesign Guidelines and other Tools. These Tools should be utilized prior to commencement of any EDM Project for the HIM (Medical Records, Patient Accounts or Registration departments of hospitals and other healthcare providers.
